The Wellbeing Journey Continues!

St Cuthbert Mayne is proud to have Staff Wellbeing as a priority in our school’s improvement plan. We are lucky to have such a vibrant and dedicated staff and we want them to thrive, feel able to cope with the demands of this challenging profession and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

We will be using this blog to keep an informative record of Wellbeing initiatives in our school community.

We are pursuing the Workplace Wellbeing Charter to formalise our commitment, and the link to the leaflet is designed to inform new and established members of staff of where we are so far and what the next steps will be.

Remember, the Wellbeing team is made up of dedicated staff passionate about the health and happiness of your community. Your views will be welcomed via our regular surveys, but feel free to raise issues at any time or to volunteer to join us if you have ideas and the time to share them!

The Charter covers 8 sections and a key requirement is that you know about (and know how to access) the information and services the school is making available. I’ve also included initiatives that don’t fit neatly in any category but help to build the school as a community.
